DESCRIPTION:
The building was used in the 1920s as a textile factory, whose operation stopped after the World War II. In 1989 the destroyed building was restored and converted into one of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels in Spetses, keeping its superbly restored original facade, which since 1985 has been declared by law as a preserved monument of the industrial architectural heritage of Greece, by the late Melina Merkouri, ex Minister of Culture.
